What’s a B2G1 Sale?
In our Buy 2, Get 1 Free sale, just add three items from the promoted collection to your cart, and the cheapest one is on us. If you add six items, the two cheapest are free, and so on. Use the B2G1 deal as often as you like!
Will all Omnis be part of the B2G1 sale?
No, not all, but many! Only products from the promoted collection will be part of the sale. Generally it’s stock older than a few months.
Can I use additional discount codes during the sale?
Personalized discount codes and gift cards are valid. However, free-shipping codes for first-time customers and the Newsletter-Code won't be applicable.
Can I mix different items from different sales?
Absolutely! Mix and match as you please. For instance, combine 3 Omnibus editions from the B2G1 Sale with a Graphic Novel from the Graphic Novel Sale. The cheaper Graphic Novel keeps its discount but isn't part of B2G1. Your cart will show your savings on each item.
Can I combine orders from different days or add items later?
No, to ensure swift shipping (and keep our sanity), we can't combine orders or add items later.
Can I order Freebies with Black Friday orders?
To streamline our process, no freebies with these orders.
Can I get a retroactive discount on a recent order?
Sadly, no. Sales sometimes mean paying different prices at different times, and the only way to avoid this is to have no sales at all - which no one wants!
For the 30/50/70% automatic discounts, do I have to enter a code at checkout?
No, the prices will be automatically reduced for you.
Are the 30/50/70% off the recommended retail price (cover price) or the shop price?
The reduction is on our shop price, which in most cases is already discounted.
When is my order shipping?
We'll be working our hardest to get your orders out as fast as we can, but given the expected volume, some delays are inevitable.
Can I buy Black Friday items to be added to my Omnibox/Pullbox?
Due to organisational reasons, Black Friday purchases are generally not eligible for the Omnibox or the Pullbox!!
How do you handle returns and/or damaged items from Multi-item promos (Buy 2 Get 1 Free)?
If you return part of a promo bundle, we’ll adjust the refund so the remaining items are charged at their normal prices. We recalculate the order as if the promo didn’t apply and refund the difference. Free items aren’t refundable.
For damaged items you keep, partial credits are calculated from the item’s effective price. If a free item is damaged, we’ll replace it when possible or offer a small store credit.
Who will pay for new shelves?
Forget the shelves! Just stack them on the floor and use the money you saved to buy EVEN MORE comics! :)
