Tomoko n’est pas étrangère au changement. Avec deux garçons au lycée et un mari souvent absent pour son travail, savoir s’adapter aux nouvelles situations fait partie du quotidien. À présent, Hiroki se donne à fond dans ses activités après les cours avec son meilleur pote Daigo malgré un possible chagrin d’amour, et il s’est même trouvé un nouveau hobby : la danse ! Les choses se compliquent aussi avec Asumi, l’amie d’enfance de Hiroki, qui craque pour lui depuis ce qui semble être une éternité ! Et quand le père, Akiyoshi, est muté de retour pour le travail, la famille provisoirement réduite à trois redevient une famille de quatre ! Comment Tomoko et les garçons vont-ils s’adapter à la présence d’Akiyoshi ?! Comme toujours, tout se passe sous l’œil attentif de Tomoko, mais cette fois, elle décide qu’un peu d’intervention directe de sa part ne ferait pas de mal dans le volume final de I Think Our Son Is Gay, vol. 05 !
