Le peintre Matty Barnes est sur le point de devenir le prochain « coup » de Cherish, mais quand la situation se retourne lors de ce dernier meurtre, un rebondissement posthume remet en question le destin et l’héritage de l’artiste, plaçant l’empire du mécène dans la ligne de mire à la fois des forces de l’ordre et d’un impitoyable connaisseur tiers.
