Hello Berliners,
we moved the date back and almost forgot to tell you: this Saturday, May 2nd, is not only Free Comic Book Day, but also Open Warehouse!
On this day, you can:
- get a selection of FCBD comics for free;
- enjoy a little 10% sale on everything that is on the INDIE SHELF in the dark corner of our warehouse (aka the best of the best);
- dig through some new gems in the Kilo Sale, because after the sale week we found quite a few damaged books. Even freaking Omnis!
On the third floor, there will be four workshops as part of the ComicInvasion Satellite program.
If you registered at partner@comicinvasion.de you can learn about:
- Comic Basics with Federico: Storytelling, paneling, Seitenaufbau (12:00–15:00)
- Comics with Clairikine: Zeichne das Unsichtbare! (12:00–14:00)
- Comic Journaling with Foxitalic: Illustriertes Erzählen & Loslassen (12:00–15:00)
- Character Design with Ben: Character-Aufbau & Gestaltung (13:00–16:00)
IMPORTANT LITTLE NOTES
The Open Warehouse will exceptionally be from 10:00 to 17:00.
The workshops will take place throughout the day from 12:00 to 16:00.
