Important:
These pre-order guidelines apply to manga, collected editions, omnibus editions and all book-format products.

Single issues ordered via Managed Comics follow a separate process and are not affected by the rules below. You can find detailed information about Managed Comics here.

A Few Simple Rules for a Smooth Pre-Order Experience (The Pitch)

To maintain competitive pricing and efficient processing, please follow these guidelines:

Single Shipping Action
Each order ships once all items are in stock. If you need earlier delivery, please place separate orders grouped by release date.

The Two-Month Rule
Items in one order must have release dates within two months of each other. This applies to both pre-orders and in-stock items.

Add to Existing Orders
You can add items to an order placed within the last 180 days. Simply email us with the product link and your original order number.

No Freebies for Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are not eligible for freebies.

How Pre-Ordering Works (The Whole Story)

Each month, publishers solicit new titles. As soon as they are officially announced, we make them available for pre-order.

Every product page includes:

  • The tentative release date

  • The FOC (Final Order Cutoff) date

The FOC is the last day to secure the discounted pre-order price (you can call it "early bird pricing"). After that date, pricing will increase to the regular on-sale price.

Payment & Cancellation

Pre-orders must be paid at the time of ordering to secure discounted pricing.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time. Simply email us and we will refund you.

Shipping

You can combine multiple books in one order and pay one flat shipping fee. However, this covers one single shipment.

If release dates span more than two months, please place separate orders grouped by publication date.

We ship internationally. If your country does not appear at checkout, contact us for a shipping quote.

When Will I Receive My Book?

Release dates are listed and updated on each product page. Publishers may change these dates without notice.

We receive weekly deliveries from the United States. In most cases, books arrive before or around release date. However, due to international logistics, delays can occasionally occur.

Pre-orders are always prioritised in fulfilment. In case of allocations, pre-order customers are served first.

If you have not heard from us, everything is proceeding as planned. Don't worry: Your book is secured!
