Dear ticket buyers!
Here's a last second reminder for how tomorrow will play out. As you can imagine, time is very very short right now, so I will just drop the FAQ that Simone created for our team into the email. Further down you will find the info from our last info-email, in case you did not get it or buyed your ticket after we sent it out.
We're beyond exhaust-- EXCITED to welcome you tomorrow! And don't worry, if you have any questions left, we'll have plenty of Walties running around with answers in their pocket. Just ask them!
FAQ - Questions from customers
⚠️ Please note: Event floor (3rd floor) opens at 10am, but Warehouse (4th floor) opens at 11am! To access the 4th floor, backpacks, bags, and purchased books must be left at the cloakroom. Drinks are not allowed upstairs.
Customers are now allowed to enter on the fourth floor with either drinks or a bag/backpack.
- On the 3rd floor there is the free cloakroom service, where they can leave jackets, backpacks, and purchases they’ve made during the day. It’s open all day!
- Also on the 3rd floor: drinks for just €1–2 (important: cash only).
Can they still get a sketch?
- Sadly no, they are sold out. But they can get something signed later.
How can they get something signed if they don’t have a signing bundle?
- If there is still time after the people who have already got their signing bundle, they can queue up and get something signed.
- But they need to buy at least 10€ worth of comics from the artist (fairness for those who did buy the voucher)
Do artists sell their own stuff?
- Artists will also sell their own books/prints/art and handle payments for those themselves.
Where is Omar?
- On the third floor. He will arrive between 10-11 am. His live stream from the warehouse (4th floor) will start at 4 pm.
How can I get the the new Walt's tote bag?
- Everyone who has bought a sketch or signing bundle gets one for free at the entry.
- If people buy for more than 50€ they can get it for free, for the first purchase on their day. One per customer. Or they can buy one for 5€.
Can I get a Fanzine?
- Everyone can have it for free of course!
Where can I pay?
- Sales points are located on both floors: the event floor on 3rd and the warehouse floor on the 4th. Purchases can be paid by card only.
What are the deals?
- Batman Day Offers are on the fourth floor. It’s 25% off ca 120 items, incl Omnis. We will have displays with QR-codes to the collection, so that people can check which titles are included. Batman deals start when the warehouse opens (at 11 am)
- The MEGA Deals on the third floor are [ REDACTED!! THIS IS A SURPRISE!!]. There are also low-priced [ REDACTED!! THIS IS A SURPRISE!!].

🕒 EVENT SCHEDULE
Doors open at 10:00 — please enter through the back entrance of the warehouse (we’ll have signs to guide you).
We’ve split the day into two blocks to keep things organized and relaxed:
• 11:00–13:30 — Sketch Focus
If you’ve purchased a sketch ticket, we recommend coming during this first block. It’s when artists will be most focused on sketches.
👉 If you bought a signing + sketch bundle, you can also get your signing done during this time — no need to wait for the second block.
• 13:30–15:00 — Artist Lunch Break
No signings or sketches during this time.
• 15:00–17:30 — Signing Focus
This block is ideal for anyone with a signing-only ticket. We’ll keep things flowing and make sure everyone gets quality time.
• 18:00 — Finis!

🏢 ON-SITE INFO
When you arrive:
Use the back entrance (look for the signs)
Parking is available across the street at Hornbach
Team Caro will greet you and hand you your badge(s) based on your ticket(s)
The main event takes place on Floor 3, featuring:
Artist tables (signings & sketches)
Books artists have worked on for purchase (ready for sketches or signatures)
- Original art and prints from the artists
Free wardrobe service
If you want to shop our full warehouse, head up to Floor 4, where you'll find:
Our entire inventory (25K+ items — no single issues though, unless you bribe Heiko)
Restrooms
At least 2 staff members available to help
🚫 Please note:
- Floor 4 opens at 11am
No food or drinks on Floor 4
Bags and backpacks must be left at the wardrobe
All purchases from Floor 4 must be paid on that floor
Payments (except for drinks) are card only
🍽️ FOOD & DRINK
We originally planned on-site catering — but due to various factors (you don’t want to know), we won’t offer food this time. But we’ve got options nearby:
Aldi — directly across the street
Sausage & fries kiosk — in the Hornbach parking lot
Centro Italia Trattoria — 5 minutes away and Simone-approved!
Drinks at the event:
Water — €1
Other drinks (non-alcoholic) — €2
- 💶 Cash only – please bring coins!
📸 PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
We’ll have several photographers and videographers on-site.
If you do not wish to appear in any footage or photos, please email simone@waltscomicshop.com before the event.
We’ll take a reference photo of you at check-in (for internal use only) to make sure you’re not filmed — it will be deleted at the end of the day.
🎟️ A NOTE FOR FREE TICKET HOLDERS
Free tickets do not include access to sketches
Signings may be possible later in the day, depending on crowd levels — and only if you make a purchase of at least €10 per artist
(we'll have plenty of options for each artist ready)- Signing ticket holders will be given priority in lines

→ Buy a sketch or signing ticket, which includes a full-value voucher to spend during the event.
