Current Open Positions (updated Sep '25)

    Performance Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)

    Freelance, 10–15h/week – long-term collaboration, up to 50 €/h

We’re searching for someone who can help us run and optimize our digital campaigns and give clarity through reporting. You’ll work closely with Gloriana (our in-house Marketing Coordinator, and guardian of the Walt’s Voice) and the founder, with a focus on hands-on execution and steady, long-term collaboration.

We’d like to start as soon as possible on a freelance basis (10–15h/week, up to 50 €/h). If it’s a good fit, there’s strong potential to grow this into a half-time position later on.

    What you’ll do

    • Run and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns (always-on and sales-driven)

    • Improve landing pages and funnels so more visitors become happy customers

    • Set up and maintain KPI dashboards (open rates, conversions, CAC, ROAS, the works)

    • Own reporting: give the team clarity with weekly snapshots and monthly deep dives

    • Push our SEO and geo-strategy forward to reach even more readers across Europe

    • Team up on seasonal campaigns (think Black Friday, Batman Day, Spring Sale etc) and special launches (Exclusives, Variants, Signed Plates)

    • Bonus powers: ideas for PR or event activations (press, festivals, creator signings)

    What you bring

    • 5+ years in Performance/Growth Marketing, ideally with e-commerce experience

    • Confidence in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics and SEO

    • A data-driven mind that loves turning numbers into action

    • Collaborative spirit — you enjoy working with creative people and making them shine

    • Bonus: familiarity with comics, manga or pop culture (not required, but fun if you have it)

    • Bonus: PR/event experience is also welcome

    • Fluent in English (German a plus)

    What we offer

    • A role where your work has direct impact — you’ll see results fast

    • A friendly, international team that really cares about what we do

    • Collaboration with the founder and core team on shaping campaigns that matter

    • Hybrid flexibility — work remotely, but expect some presence at our Berlin HQ

    • Start small (freelance, 10–15h/week), with room to grow into a part-time position

If you’re excited by the thought of boosting a niche comics brand and want to bring both your marketing brain and your creative heart to the table, we’d love to hear from you.
