A NEW FLASH EVENT BEGINS: BAD MOON RISING The moon has become a battleground in the war to end all wars. On one side: Wally West. And Wally West. And Wally West. It's a rumble over all sides of the Moon, as the ALL IN era of the Fastest Man Alive enters its first event: Bad Moon Rising!
