Hello again,
This is it. The final day of our Spring Sale is here.
It’s been an incredible run, one we honestly didn’t expect like this, but thankfully we at least planned for it. That’s why we’ve been able to keep up with fulfilment surprisingly well (kudos to an incredible effort and weekend-shifts by the packing team!), and we’re optimistic we’ll be fully caught up by the end of next week.
Except for today's orders. Because we all know the last day is always something special.
What’s left? Quite a bit. Sure, some real heavy hitters are already sold out. To make things easier for you, we’ve removed those from all collections. So what you’re seeing now is only what we still have in stock. And yes, for some titles, things are getting a little tight.
I can't help myself but need to give you some recommendations. The stuff you might want to give a second look. It's not even the money-makers or the most obvious choices, just some personal favs.
Let's do it!
B2G1 Big Books Sale
Actually in this collection we had and have some deep stock, so plenty of fan-favorite Batman, Nightwing, X-Men and Spidey Omnis are still available!
And also Animal Man by Grant Morrison. Classic Morrison chaos, but in a good way. Wild ideas, a story that feels messy until it suddenly clicks, and a finale that goes big and unexpected but somehow works. Definitely worth the ride.
Then there's this, probably my fav Superman run (not complete, but a great start): Absolute Superman By Geoff Johns & Gary Frank. Pure Superman joy. Big, emotional stories by Geoff Johns with memorable characters and plenty of wow moments. And Gary Frank’s art in oversized format is just stunning. And if you dig it, you can continue reading with the New Krypton Omnibus.
And then Spidey by Zdarsky. To put it simply: Chip just gets Spider-Man. Smart, heartfelt stories that are easy to jump into, with Life Story standing out as one of the best Spidey stories out there. Easy recommendation, and you don't even have to be a Spider-fan to fall in love with this one.

Graphic Novel Sales
We have three collections: One for 35% off, one for 50% off and another for 75% off.
I don't think we've ever had such a massive GN sale, and I doubt we can repeat it anytime soon with those discounts. But yes, I know, you've already overspent, so I will just focus on one 50% book and two 75% series, which are just too good to miss out on:
Knives is the latest Criminal Book by Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips.
And it's proof they’re far from done with their crime-verse. This only dropped last August, and with this sale we’ve already moved close to 200 copies sold and we only have a dozen left.
If you need a strong Brubaker & Phillips fix, this is it.
If you want to get familiar with the series before the Prime show hits, this is it.
If you just want great noir entertainment, this is it. At 50% off.
Coffin Bound by Dan (Batman Dark Patterns) Watters and DaNi (Batwoman) is a pretty unique thing. Weird in the best way. Bold, stylish, a little unhinged, and completely committed to its own vibe. Sharp writing, great one-liners, and a world that pulls you in fast and doesn’t let go. Could have been a Vertigo series (which is Walt-speak for "really digged it"). I will admit, it might not be everyone's cup of tea, since ... it's weird. But at 75% off, you can still enjoy all the pretty pictures? 2 trades, €3.63 each.
And then we have all 6 trades of Godland at the same discount. Written by Joey Casey and drawn by Tom Scioli, this is pure old-school comic energy, very much in the spirit of Jack Kirby. Big, weird, fourthworldian ideas, wild villains, and that unapologetic, slightly ridiculous charm that just works (well, at least for some!). Not the most focused story, but if you’re here for cosmic craziness and retro vibes, this one rocks.
I could go on forever... but it's the weekend, and you should read comics instead of newsletters anyway!
Still, three more heavily discounted personal favs I need you to know about:

That's it.
Tomorrow we're back to normal, which means the new May pre-orders will go live. They are pretty exciting as well. For... reasons.
Have a lovely Sunday!
Best
