Invincible Comics is a comic book series created by Robert Kirkman, with primary art by Cory Walker and later Ryan Ottley, published by Image Comics from 2003 to 2018.
The Invincible comic follows Mark Grayson, a teenage boy who inherited powers from his father, the world-renowned superhero Omni-Man. When Mark discovers that not everything about his dad is as good as he always thought, he sets out to forge his own path in a multi-connected world of heroes and villains, facing increasingly brutal and morally complex challenges. Invincible blends traditional coming-of-age storytelling with high-stakes science fiction and graphic action to tell the definitive version of the hero genre in the 2000s. The series ran for 15 years, generating multiple successful spin-offs.
