Subscribe to your favourite ongoing series and we will automatically reserve every new issue for you. You can also add individual preorders, variants and incentives whenever you want.
How to Start

Create or log into your Walt's customer account.

Open our Pullbox powered by Manage Comics.

Subscribe to at least 3 ongoing series to start a new Pullbox.

That's it. From then on, new issues of your subscriptions will automatically be reserved for you.
You can manage your subscriptions and add individual comic preorders at any time.
The Four Rules You Need to Know
€15 Monthly Minimum
Every Pullbox must reach a minimum value of €15 per month.
New Pullboxes also require at least 3 active ongoing series subscriptions when they are opened.
The 3 subscription rule only applies to new Pullboxes. Existing Pullbox customers can keep their current subscriptions, but the €15 monthly minimum applies to everyone.
If your Pullbox stays below €15 for two consecutive months, we may close it, return reserved comics to stock and cancel outstanding future reservations.
FOC Deadline
Our weekly FOC deadline is Saturday at 16:00 Berlin time.
FOC means Final Order Cutoff. This is when we have to submit our final quantities to the publishers.
You can add or remove comics until our FOC deadline. After FOC, your order is binding and can no longer be cancelled.
Monthly Billing
We collect your Pullbox comics throughout the month and send you one invoice per month.
You do not have to place a separate order every week. We keep everything together until your monthly Pullbox is ready.
Preorders Are Binding After FOC
Once a comic has passed FOC, we have ordered that copy specifically for you.
Please only preorder comics you actually intend to buy.
Your Pullbox Discount
The more comics you order in a month, the bigger your discount.

Your discount is calculated automatically based on the value of your monthly Pullbox.
Bag and Board
Want your comics protected? You can add bag and board service to your Pullbox.

Only active ongoing series subscriptions count toward these levels. Individual preorders and completed series do not.

Variants and Incentives
You can preorder regular covers, open order variants and so-called incentive variants through our Pullbox.
Incentive variants are limited edition covers that retailers can only order by purchasing a certain number of regular copies, which is why they are more expensive.

Good to Know
Which issue will be first pulled for my subscription?
The next issue shown on your dashboard is not necessarily the first issue we will pull for you. It simply shows the next scheduled US release, based on catalog data that may not always be fully up to date.
Your subscription starts with the first issue you subscribed to in time for our FOC deadline.
Can I add individual comics without subscribing to the whole series?
Yes. You can preorder individual issues through Manage Comics without subscribing to the ongoing series.
Individual preorders do not count toward the 3 subscription requirement for opening a new Pullbox.
Can I cancel a comic after FOC?
Generally, no.
After FOC we have committed to buying your copy from the publisher, so reservations become binding.
Can I combine regular webshop orders with my Pullbox?
No. Pullbox orders and regular webshop orders are processed separately and cannot be combined.
Why does Manage Comics show a different release date?
Manage Comics generally displays US release dates. European availability can differ because the comics first need to reach us in Berlin.
What happens when a comic is delayed?
Nothing you need to worry about. We will reserve it for you when it arrives.
Are reprints automatically included in my subscription?
No. Reprints and additional printings are generally treated as separate products and are not automatically added to an ongoing subscription.
If you want one, preorder it separately.
Why can a B Cover cost more than the A Cover?
Some publishers use premium formats such as foil or cardstock for certain covers. These can have a higher cover price than the regular edition.
Do I need an address in my account?
Yes. Please keep your billing and shipping information complete and up to date so we can process your monthly Pullbox without delays. No address, no Pullbox!
CGC Grading
Can I request CGC grading for my Pullbox comics?
Not at the moment. Individual CGC grading requests are currently too much manual work for us to offer.
You can order CGC graded comics whenever we offer them as preorders or in our webshop. Have a title you'd love to see graded? Send your suggestion to our Singles Department at singles@waltscomicshop.com. We can't promise anything, but popular requests may become future CGC preorders in our webshop.
We may bring individual CGC requests back once we have a more streamlined process in place.
