OK, so we have another one today: We are moving. After an almost endless search, we have found a new warehouse. Well, it's not just a warehouse, it's actually a [CENSORED] !!! Cool, huh?
Of course we will do everything in our power to ensure a smooth transition for the delivery of your orders. But there are a few things you should keep in mind:
- Our move is on 6.9. so therefore shipping will be suspended between 3.9 and 8.9 but will continue as usual from 9.9.
- For the next 3 weeks we will not receive our regular weekly Diamond UK deliveries nor any other restock deliveries from other retailers. This means that all new stock and restocks will be delivered directly to our new location after the move and will be shipped from 9.9. onwards.
- In order to avoid FOMO, we will put any products that are 100% confirmed to us by the distributors on sale right now. These are marked with a *PRE-SALE* and if you buy such an item you may have to be prepared for a waiting period of 3 weeks before it can be shipped.
- ALL OTHER PRODUCTS on the site are NOT affected by this waiting period and will be dispatched as usual, no later than a few days after ordering. And that is until... see point number 1 ;)
- If you mix normal stock and *PRE-SALES* in your order then everything will be shipped only when the *PRE-SALES* have arrived.
