Rules for Free Shipping October

We’re excited to offer free shipping for the entire month of October! To make sure everything runs smoothly, here are the details and guidelines you need to know:

1. Shipping destinations:

Your order must be shipping to an EU or UK address.

2. Order total to qualify for free shipping:

- Orders within Germany must total €75 or more.
- Orders to the rest of the EU or the UK must total €150 or more.

3. In-stock items only:

- Free shipping applies only to new orders with in-stock items. Pre-orders are excluded from this test phase.

4. Order cancellations & reordering:

- No cancellations and reordering allowed for older pre-orders or mixed orders.
- Splitting old orders to qualify for free shipping is not allowed.
- Only new orders can qualify for free shipping.

(Why? We lose money on cancellations, as we do not get the transaction fees reversed in 75% of cases.)

5. Exclusions:

- Remote islands that are technically part of EU countries or the UK but have high shipping costs or special economic status are excluded (e.g., Balearic Islands, Channel Islands, etc.).
- In short, if you’re in an EU country/territory and the free shipping option isn’t appearing at checkout, we’re unfortunately unable to offer it for your location.

6. Shipping service:

- It is not possible to choose a specific shipping carrier for free shipping. The service will be chosen by us based on the destination.
- For Germany it's DPD (no delivery to Deutsche Post Filiale oder Packstation)
- For the EU it's mostly UPS (with some exceptions via FedEx and DHL)

7. No partial payments for other services:

- It is not possible to select free shipping and then pay a "difference" to use another service. We need to keep the process simple and light on customer service for it to work.

8. Monthly Shipments for Single Issue Pull-Listers/Subscribers are not included in this promotion:

- Our Pull-Listers already benefit from their own discounts and perks, so they are excluded from this promotion. The main goal of Free Shipping October is to see if it increases the frequency of orders.
